My approach

The first contact is usually an initial meeting — in person or remote, depending on your preference — where we discuss your matter, I explain the process that the specific case will follow, and what you need to know for the next steps.

Throughout a case, communication stays clear about where things stand, the options you have, and what to expect next. The aim is for you to feel informed about your matter at every stage, not just at the end of it.

As an accredited mediator, when a matter is suited to mediation rather than the court route, we will discuss it as an alternative option — always with you deciding which route to take.
