Mediation
As an accredited mediator of the Ministry of Justice (Law 4640/2019), I conduct mediations in civil and commercial disputes. Mediation is a different process from legal representation: the mediator does not represent either side, does not decide who is right, and does not issue a ruling. They help the parties talk through the issue in a structured way, so they can reach a mutually acceptable solution themselves.
For many disputes — especially where the parties will continue to have a relationship — mediation offers a shorter and less adversarial path to a solution than a full court process.
