Company Formation & Operation

For anyone starting a new business or needing legal support running an existing company — from choosing a company type and forming it, through constitutional amendments and, when needed, dissolution and liquidation.

Advisory / Drafting

Advisory / Drafting

Matters resolved through drafting or advisory work, without going to court.

  • Incorporation of a Private Company (IKE) via e-ΥΜΣ using the standardised template
  • Drafting bespoke IKE articles including non-capital and guarantee contributions
  • Incorporation of a single-member IKE
  • Setting up a sole proprietorship — GEMI registration, tax commencement, social-security registration
  • Pre-approval and reservation of the company name and distinctive title in GEMI
  • Amendment of the articles of association and consolidation into a single text
  • Drafting board of directors' minutes and managers' resolutions
  • Appointment, removal and resignation of managers / board members and regulation of representation
  • Dissolution and liquidation of an OE / EE / IKE and deletion from GEMI

What to expect

Forming an IKE via e-ΥΜΣ with the standardised template is the fastest route for simple company structures. When special terms are needed — e.g. non-capital contributions, special management arrangements — bespoke articles are required, which follow a slightly different approval process.

The typical document set includes the articles of association, proof of identity/tax number for the partners, and details of the registered office.
