What to expect
When both spouses agree on ending the marriage and on the remaining matters (custody, contact, maintenance, use of the family home), a consensual divorce can now be completed fully digitally via gov.gr in simple cases, or notarially when there are children.
When there is no agreement, the matter proceeds by way of a court action. Timing and course depend on the specific features of each case — this is discussed in detail at the initial meeting.

- Any prior correspondence or written agreement between the parties
